Edit - Maintenance

The automatic stabilizing machine is an electronic technology product. There is a microchip controller with automatic control, so it needs engineers and skilled people. Therefore, if you repair and maintain in places that are not guaranteed, it will not be possible to repair or repair but quickly break down or maybe after the maintenance and repair is complete, it will "heal into a lame pig".

Repair and maintenance of pressure drive:

Why do you have to maintain and repair voltage stabilizers?

Automatic voltage stabilizer is an electronic technology product. There is a microcontroller circuit inside with automatic control function, so it needs engineers and skilled workers. Therefore, if you repair and maintain at places that are not guaranteed to be repaired or repaired, but quickly break down or maybe after the maintenance and repair is completed, "the pig that has healed becomes a crippled pig".

Good places will have a team of professional engineers, who have worked for many years and have a lot of experience, so the repair time is very fast and very accurate. Save your time and money.

Some common errors in voltage stabilizers:

Voltage stabilizer lost effect (how much power in, how much out).

The output voltage is lower than the input voltage.

The output voltage is higher than the input voltage.

The machine makes strange noises that are annoying.

There is no voltage at the voltage regulator output.

Atomt often jumps.

Occurrence of ignition inside the machine during load operation.

The output voltage is cut off and then back on again.

The causes of the above errors:

The machine works for a long time without performing maintenance.

The machine works regularly in full load mode.

The machine works where there is a strong and continuous variation of the input power.

The machine works often in low voltage areas.

The machine is placed in a place with a lot of dust and high humidity.

Due to the installation of the cap or the voltage stabilizer repairman, the wiring is wrongly connected.

How to fix the problem yourself before calling for warranty or repair:

Choosing a machine: it is necessary to choose the right type with a suitable working voltage range and enough capacity.

About voltage: Normally, just choosing a machine with a working voltage range from 90V to 250V is enough. In places where electricity is too weak, a wide range of 50v-250v must be chosen.

Installation rod - Preparation: Choose a good and big enough conductor (Example: wire ɸ = 2.5 mm, for 3000VA machine). If the conductor is too small compared to the requirements, the voltage drop on the line will be large, reducing the machine capacity. If using large loads, there should be separate circuit breakers for each load.

Installation::

Place the device in a cool, dry, easy-to-observe place.

Power in: Connect to the INPUT (in).

Output: Taken from the OUTPUT (out) or from the socket

Grounding: A ground wire is required to connect the case to the ground.

Turn on the power to the machine, let the machine run stably idling for 5 ÷ 10 seconds, then turn on each load in turn.

Note when using:

Do not use overload.

When there is an abnormal power outage, the load should be cut off from the voltage stabilizer. When there is power, it will turn back on.

Do not let water get into the machine.

Do not move when the machine has power.

Notes before installation, maintenance, troubleshooting:

Before performing electrical repairs, turn off the power supply. Check that the circuit is still working.

Necessary electrical repair tools: flashlight, pliers, screwdriver with protective handle, insulating tape, wire cutters. Make sure you know how to use electrical repair tools safely and correctly.

Regularly check all electrical plugs and cords in your home for damage. Repair exposed connections, never let power cords lie on carpets or floors as they can be torn or exposed. Do not drive nails into the wall near an underground electrical outlet.

Keep your hands dry and do not touch electrical appliances with wet hands or wipe with a wet cloth, as water conducts electricity and you may receive an electric shock.

Avoid overloading electricity, do not plug in more than the number of plugs it can safely withstand. Overloaded systems are prone to fire and damage.

If the power cord is torn, wrap the insulation tape around it carefully and never use the torn cord outside the house. Replace the wire with a new one, the better.

Be sure that metal electrical appliances are carefully covered with electrical insulators.

When a fire is caused by an electrical short, the first thing to do is to immediately cut off the power supply, then use a special fire extinguisher for electrical fires (if any). Never use water, as water is the cause of fatal electric shock.

If the power cord is short, dangerously peeled, or an electrical device is damaged for unknown reasons, call an electrician to check and repair it immediately.

When smelling a burning smell in the house, you should immediately think of an overloaded and burning power plug, or an overheated electrical appliance that starts to burn. Turn off that electrical appliance and unplug it immediately.

If you feel the power plug is a bit hot, turn off the machine and unplug it from the outlet. Check the power cord and outlet, if there's something wrong with either of these, it could cause a fire.
